Your buildings already own a certified detection layer. Almost all of it is trapped behind a panel door.
Fire panels know exactly which detector fired, which zone is in fault and which building is at risk. Where they are connected to anything at all, what comes back is usually the zone — one signal for an entire floor. No device. No detail. BeconixAI is endpoint-level by design.
What is already there.
From one reading to a closed job.
The same path runs on every vertical. What changes is what the signal is, what counts as wrong, and what closing it out actually takes.
Every panel. Every endpoint. Live.
Endpoint level, not zone level
Device three, level twelve, zone twenty-six — the exact address, not a floor-wide guess. Lifted over a read-only serial link with no new field devices and no protocol licences.
The Shield gateway
A listen-only edge gateway that reads the panel and never writes to it. Locked, encrypted and tamper-evident, with configurable message parsing per panel make. The fire system is untouched.
Verification before dispatch
A second detector, device health, and event-triggered camera capture where cameras are fitted — assembled into the alert so a crew is not rolled on a signal nobody checked.
Disablements tracked to closure
The failure nobody sees is the detector disabled during maintenance and forgotten. Flagged when it happens, raised as a work order with an SLA clock, and closed only when it is verified back in service.
A detector fires on level twelve
Today that alarm stops in the lobby — a siren in an empty hall while minutes bleed away waiting for a phone call. With the Shield in line, the event leaves the panel, reaches the platform, and arrives on the command screen pinpointed to the device. The panel keeps doing its job. Everyone else finally sees it.
Evidence, not estimates.
Fault, disablement and panel-offline history retained per device, with acknowledgement and closure attached. Compliance you can enforce rather than assert. Panel counts and point totals shown in demos are illustrative.
Same core, different physics.
One platform. Every panel. Every endpoint.
A pilot baselines your sites before anyone quotes a number. Connect what is already there, instrument the gaps, and judge the platform on your data rather than a demo.
